The location was good, not very far from a natural history museum. It was located in a totally safe area near to the center of the city and the airport, and Zanzibar ferry and many shops and restaurants nearby, a great place for me...

The staff is very welcoming and provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The hotel facilities are clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast buffet offered a wide range of high-quality food options. Transportation options were easily accessible and the hotel provided great security.

Over the Christmas holidays, my stay was pleasant. The breakfast had a good selection of food, and I loved the fact that they offered complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival. The location was spot on, as it was near some amazing restaurants and had easy access to public transportation. What I enjoyed the most was the swimming pool, which was crystal clear and provided the perfect way to cool off from the Tanzanian heat.

The room was a bit dated, and the air conditioning unit was noisy. The price was also slightly high for the amenities offered.
